Our vineyard restaurant is nestled amongst silver-green olive groves, and vineyards rolling in the wind. During spring, summer, and autumn one can enjoy tasty and elegant dishes in our welcoming dining room or on the spacious terrace.
Our restaurant is immersed in the vineyards and remains open from April to October. Here, we cook farm-to-table ingredients from our organic garden and offer a menu of genuine and seasonal dishes inspired by the freshness and authenticity of flavours. But we don’t want to give up a touch of Sweden. Therefore, we introduce from time to time some more original preparations linked to our Scandinavian food culture and elaborated by our chef Francesco Galli according to those criteria of hybridization and cultural contamination that are so dear to us.
At the origin of our vineyard restaurant project, we imagined a strong connection with the philosophy that animates our wines: in fact, we try to transfer the same spirit that guides us when taking care of our vineyards to the management of our organic garden, to enhance both on the plate and in the glass, those flavours that are so specific to our unique terroir.
